John Barrett invested a great deal of time and effort in creating these pages, starting in 2003. However, the site dropped off the Web in about June 2023. This is a mirror of his pages, retrieved from the Wayback Machine. Apart from a few amendments to bring it up to date, it accurately reflects the content and format of John's original pages.

I have made the following amendments:

• John created these pages in 2003. HTML and CSS have developed considerably since then so I have updated the pages to HTML 5.
• John had the email and postal address for many of his correspondents. He included this offer -
  [EA] - Email address on file. I will forward email but will not provide address.
  [PA] - Postal address on file. I will forward mail but will not provide address.
  As I don't have this information, I have removed references to the offer to forward mail.
• Many of his Web references are now dead links. I have left them in, with a note that they are dead, so that anyone who might want to pursue the information can try doing so through the Wayback Machine.
